You can take part in DEKA FIT, DEKA MILE, DEKA STRONG, DEKA FIT Teams, and DEKA MILE Teams. This is your chance to achieve the Trifecta and show what you’re made of.

In addition, this event will host the DEKA CUP, where the best will face off to claim glory.
